Funding commitments can be dispensed to a 501(c)3 account via our project partner, The Ocean Foundation whose full financials, IRS determinations and 501(c)3 accreditation can be provided upon request.

The Don Hanson Foundation is applying to the IRS for its own 501(c)3 status.
